A name or place entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies the response. We do not keep or log those search terms on our systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
We retain an email or other direct message long enough to respond and maintain the related correspondence. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our servers receive routine technical details whenever a visitor loads a page:

- Approximate time spent on viewed pages

Independent companies power the search boxes. Information submitted through a box is governed by that provider's privacy policy rather than this policy. We cannot set the partner's retention or disclosure practices. Review its terms before running a query.

Links may lead to the Franklin County website, Texas agencies, court portals, legal-aid resources, or outside search services. Once a visitor follows a link, the destination's policy controls. Read it before providing personal information.
Some advertising providers may use activity across websites to select ads. That processing occurs through the provider's systems and policies.
